The president of the Icada Foundation highlighted the excellent relationship between the institute and Grupo Azvi. ” It was actually Manuel Contreras who suggested we enter the world of trains, something we had not previously contemplated and, as a result of a joint project with Grupo Azvi, we are already an approved centre for the training of train drivers and other important activities”. “We cannot teach what the real world is not asking for”, he pointed out.
The president of ADIF talked about the importance of railway training, especially for the State railway infrastructure administrator, which is carrying out a strategic human resource plan through which an important generational replacement is going to take place with the recruitment of approximately 6,000 people.
