Contract to provide a comprehensive cleaning service for the centres and buildings belonging to the Special Delegation of the AEAT Tax Office in Valencia:

• Surface Cleaning service , above and below ground, interior and exterior, including the façades of buildings, premises and vessels according to the characteristics of each one.
• Extraordinary cleaning service during the Income Tax Campaign to be provided in AEAT buildings and the external offices in Vila-Real and Valencia Maritime Customs.
• Separate waste collection service and transfer to the clean point or waste storage area of each building, or, where appropriate, to the place indicated for removal by the City Council services.
• Laundry and dry-cleaning service
• Insect and rat extermination and building disinfection.
• Service for the installation and removal of sanitary hygiene containers
• Bacteriostatic installation and maintenance service
• Closure of buildings
