Description

The purpose of the contract is to provide maintenance services for the sports facilities run by Jerez City Council. This includes all the adaptation, repair, replacement, improvement and conservation works necessary to ensure that the buildings, facilities and elements are kept in optimal condition for use throughout their useful life. These actions prevent risks that could compromise safety, protect property from possible environmental damage and repair damage or deterioration resulting from use or the passage of time.

The contract covers works on construction elements, products and systems; non-built elements, whether mobile or fixed, installed in the buildings; interior and exterior finishes, including paintwork; electrical and lighting installations; plumbing, drinking water supply and sanitation installations; and the existing furniture in the 38 sports facilities included in the contract.
